nutriogenomics GmbH stands for reliable and transparent order processing. Our aim is to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order.

Delivery Areas

We deliver within the European Union (EU).

Please note: Deliveries to PO boxes or parcel stations outside Germany are currently not possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

The amount of the shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address, order value, parcel size, weight and available shipping method. If free shipping is available for your order, this will also be displayed at checkout.

We offer free delivery within Germany for orders with a minimum order value of €50.00.

All prices include statutory VAT.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the following estimated delivery times apply:

Germany: 3–5 working days
Other EU countries: 5–8 working days

Calculation of the delivery period:

For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after receipt of payment.

For PayPal, credit card or other immediate payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract has been concluded.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Providers and Tracking

We ship insured parcels with reliable logistics partners such as DHL and, where applicable, international partner services within the EU.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. This allows you to track the status of your delivery online at any time.
